Absolutely works!

This app works the way it should. The people who claim it does nothing need to get their hearing checked. And no, Im not a friend or paid by the developer. What it does is raise or lower the volume in FINE INCREMENTS. Its a great app because the standard iOS volume is either too soft or too loud. This app gives precise control over volume adjustments. So the volume change may not be completely noticeable to the untrained ear. Thats the point! I suggest you put on some headphones and and really listen closely to the volume change. Its there! Bravo.
